It's been a pretty good week. Mark from Space Age Satellite 'We answer stupid questions' came out on Monday to help us with the Dish. He was great. He set us up here and walked Rich through the process of setting up in a new location. The sale of the house closed this week, so now we are real nomads. And we got our forwarding address set up so although we no longer have a stationary home we do have a stationary address.
We went out to Muir Woods where in addition to the redwoods we saw salmon running, Stinson Beach, and Bolinas where Max had his first encounter with ocean waves. He loved chasing and being chased by the water, but did not care much for the taste. I tend to think of california beaches as long and sandy like Stinson, but the other beaches in this area are rugged and rocky (and foggy when we were there) and very very beautiful. We did not get any pictures, we still don't have the habit of carrying the camera, but I am working on it. With so much new in our lives, especially no regular schedule, it's hard to develop new habits. At least that is what I tell myself when I do not do my stretching exercises and massage.
We have had several family members over to the RV for dinner (2 at a time - we only seat 4). It is kind of cool to show off our home, without people having to travel all the way to Seattle to see it.
