20061022 - Pahrump

This week we drove from Zion National Park to Pahrump, Nevada. We are staying in the Terrible’s Lakeside Casino RV Park, about an hour’s drive from Las Vegas. We were here before and liked it. Mostly we have been relaxing and enjoying the weather here. We took one day to drive to Las Vegas where we walked through a couple of Casinos and I took a few pictures. Last time we were in Las Vegas I took a lot of pictures so this time I tried to not repeat myself. We walked from the MGM Grand to the Bellagio and then on to Caesars Palace.



The Bellagio exterior lake reminded me a lot of our recent trip to Italy and of Lake Como and the original village of Bellagio.



Inside the Bellagio they had created an autumn garden scene. This is a wall scene of flying ducks made out of garden material.



Also inside the Bellagio they had created several autumn garden scenes on the ground. This is a scene of a flying duck made out of garden material.



Among the autumn garden scenes there were many floating glass leaves.



Among the other garden scenes there were lots of Pumpkins and other Gourds
