I’ve been thinking - A day in the life

This week has been pretty warm - I think up to 110°+. I walk with Max & Crystal (a neighbor) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Since it has been so warm, we have going at 7:30am. The neighbor across the street walks his dog at 5:30am (a little too early for me). Rich rides his bike in the morning for 20 miles 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, etc. That way I never know whether today is a ride day or not. He also rides at 7:30am; early enough to still be a little cool but not so early he has to set an alarm. On Tuesday mornings I go to a needlework group meeting and on Thursday mornings I attend a quilt group meeting. That’s a fair amount of meetings about quilting. Both groups offer classes some mornings and work sessions others. Afternoons are too hot to be outdoors now and soon will be too wet for outdoor activities, so we work indoors on the house, on the computer, or (in my case) on my quilting. Rich spends part of that time planning trips. Right now he is planning two cruises; one to the Mediterranean in late August, and one to South America in December. (More about the cruises later as they are closer)
