This is a picture of my second completed project for 2009. My original plan was to finish them on Christmas, but that did not happen. I finished all the machine work the last week of January and took them with me on the Western Mexico Cruise (1/31-2/8) and finished them on board the ship. They start out as upholstery samples that have been discontinued. The shops donate them (they need to get rid of them to make room for the new choices). I select the colors and textures that I like and go together and make them into purses. Each one is unique since the fabric pieces are small and the buttons and straps are different.

These look great. Do you sell them? Is there a pattern?
The needleworks group sold them at the Quail Creek Craft show. See my blog for November
